There are two ways govt. prevents people from being free.  One is to have restricting laws that tell you what you must do and what you must not do.  The other is to have laws preventing you from free access to the world.  Air is still free, though clean fresh air is not always.  Air, water, land - these things especially should be free.  Clean air, water, land, access to sunlight, freedom of what one hears and sees (noise pollution, light pollution), free knowledge, these are also things that everybody should be born into.
